F68 60% Foldable Low Profile Mechanical Keyboard

I've been looking for something like this for a long time! The innovative fold is HORIZONTAL (unlike all those cheap Amazon keyboards that fold into flaps), and the fold puts the keys on the OUTSIDE. This means you have room for true mechanical switches and REAL sculpted keycaps (which are exchangeable, but the switches are soldered).

The feel of the red linears is fine, and the white backlight evenly lights up the keys for low light typing, just like a MacBook keyboard. But unlike a MacBook, these keys are dished so can really touch-type. On a flat tile keyboard my fingers skate all over the place and I'm not accurate.

Only two real caveats: there are no feet, which is a shame. They could have had fold-outs but instead there are just a few rubber strips glued on.

And the board could have had a function key row, it seems to me, but instead it just has this blank bar across the top. My Keychron K3 is also Bluetooth, has feet and an F key row, but does not fold.

The carrying case is just a soft sock with drawstrings, which is also a bit disappointing. I may get a hardshell case used for portable inkjet printers, once I know the sizes.

Tremendous keyboard ! But need a hard case too

Ten stars. Tremendous keyboard. I carry it almost every day. However, I wish there were a hard case for it to slide into backpack or blazer pocket to protect it. Would certainly purchase that from RK too.

I love this keyboard! I got the red switches and love that they are more on the silent side. The low profile makes it easy to type faster. I also appreciate the weight, as it has a thin aluminum body. The Bluetooth connects quickly and easily. The backlight and shine through keycaps are a huge plus.

Best keyboard!

I bought this as a portable option to take office and library days but I’ve it so much I also use it at home as well. The nicest typing experience and sound. My next full size will definitely be a Royal Kludge. Absolutely my new favourite keyboards.
